I need to find firmware code: 2902 or 5B06 or 0103 for FUJITSU MAS3367NP SCSI drive ?? How to get this or any firmware for this model ??
And my 2nd question is:
I've got HDD from eBay seller greatdelas00
and on the top this drive is a white label and on it is:
Qualitas

Ser. No. ML00000090

How to identify what kind of hard drive I've got ??
They (people from greaatdeals00) told me that this is FUJITSU MAS3367NP U320 SCSI,
but this HDD negotiating transfer speed 160MB/s instead 320MB/s with my host raid controller (Adaptec ASC-39320A-R)
Usually the firmware that may need updating would be on your scsi controller. You may need to look to Adaptec for that. If your scsi controller is built on your mainboard, check out the manufacturer's website.
As far as your hard drive is concerned, I am not familiar if drive manufacturers update firmware on their drives. I've never seen a firmware update on any of my conventional SATA or IDE harddrives.
If you would like to see you hard drive properties in Windows XP or Vista, go to your control panel, device manager, then to disk drives. Or, you could go to my computer right click on the hard drive, go to hardware, and select properties, go to details and then to hardware id, which should show you your hard drive's model number, and possibly even the firmware version.

Check your SCSI cables and termination. The cable must be one of those twisted-pair U320 compliant cables, and the terminator has to be U320 compliant as well.
Also check the BIOS/setup of the Adaptec card, you may have to change some settings in there to get it to negotiate U320.
