I bought a new fan for my CPU heatsink to aid with my overcloking temperatures however the bastard thing has a 'sensor' and is running at minimum RPM (800) and I need to bypass this and run the fan at max speed of 2300 RPM to keep my CPU cool :( Disabled all speed control crap in the BIOS but the fan has it's own sensor

Will cutting off that green sensor blob bypass it? Bought this for max airflow and it turn out my stock 1000 rpm fan was better:( Dont know what temperature this sensor is ment to kick in at but it does not matter I need it at max speed 24/7.
