So I think I’m going to go with the HD 2900 XT. I was wondering if any of the Manufactures for these cards are better then anybody else. My only real concern right now is probably who makes the quietest HD 2900 XT? I don’t know if there really is that big of different in any of them? But the Quieter the better.

Second, can I duel monitor this card by sending one through HDMI to an HD TV, and have the other DVI go to a Widescreen Monitor? Is that possible? (Probably more of a Mirror the display then Dual).

Thanks!

Most 2900XT are the same loudness because they all use the stock cooler, however i think there is going to be a "Sapphire TOXIC" water cooled on or something...

And about the dual monitors, yes, you can.

well if you really wan't only that card there all loud.
If you wan't something that is quiet and is dx10 capable you could go for the asus 8600gts and put them in sli that's the only dx10 quiet hardware i can thing(and that still has some punch in it).

Do not sli the 8600 gts. Not even close to worth the money.

EDIT: A 8800 gts is quiet and worth the money. Is there a reason you want a 2900 xt?

YO!Gigabyte Radeon HD 2900XT for 402.46 (cheapest 2900 around)
Thermalright HR-03 / R600 fitty bucks max (can you say Overclock?)
Scythe S-FLEX SFF21E 120MM Cooling Fan 1200RPM 20.1DBA 49.0CFM FDB (quiet and blows)
you'll end up putting 520 with tax from NCIX, you can find cheaper prices though. she'll be quiet and if you overclock to a "conservative" 850Mhz and 1000Mhz mem you'll be kicking 8800GTX ass.

Probably mostly for the HDMI output. It does seem like the 2900 is build a little bit more thinking to the future. (Probably hooked up to This Monitor at first.)

So which is “better” out of these

Gigabyte Radeon HD 2900XT (I guess 409?) Sounds like it has 3 heat pipes?

HIS Hightech Radeon HD 2900XT
I have heard this is quiet until you start playing any games, but I think that is the same for all of the 2900, this has a rebate going on now makes it 379.99

Or
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 2900XT 512MB This has the highest Core Clock speed (but not by much). Is only 399?

Also, while you are helping me, any idea on a good quiet PSU, it looks like I should shoot for around 600W? (I only plan to minor over clock).

I was thinking of the:

SeaSonic M12 600W

Or
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610

I kind of wanted the Modular cabling, but the SeaSonic doesn’t seem like it is getting that good of reviews on Newegg? Any votes!
Thanks (the 22nd is coming up quick)

Probably the Gigabyte, it has 3 heatpipes instead of the two found on other cards.

The Sapphire TOXIC version will probably be quieter and faster than the current one's, but it will also be more expensive.
