I have an FX-55 (939 socket, 2.6Ghz) that is not overclocked. I know why this chip if you aint crankin it up. Well I have a Zalman ball bearing cooling fan, and no Air Consitioning in my house. these tow make for a really hot CPU. Under load I'm hitting 50 degrees Celcius. I'm not sure if this is normal, but I never hit these temps before summer. I can't afford, nor do I want really to go liquid. I tried that once and it didn't cool my system at all. Considering the room teh PC is i nis average 75-80 degrees farenheit, I need somethign to cool this so I can use it. I'm affraid to turn o nteh computer as I don't want to overheat and melt the Processor.

What is the best and most affordable method to cool these FX chips?
