CPU Cooling

I'm looking to buy a CPU cooler for an overclocked C2duo 6600. I was looking at the Zalman 9700 on newegg, and it seems like there are two models:

ZALMAN 9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - Retail
ZALMAN CNPS 9700 NT 110mm 2 Ball Ultra Quiet CPU Cooler - Retail

Can anyone tell me if there is an advantage of getting one over the other? Also, will these coolers fit in an Antec P182 case? Thanks for the help!

I too went with the P182 case and from the reviews I've seen on various websites, the Zalman cooler will indeed fit. Sorry I can't help you with the differences between the two coolers, though!

The NT has a 4 pin motherboard connector instead of the typical 3 pin, and no fan speed controller.

One is nickel plated for that silvery finish while the other is just the copper.

Also there is no speed controller because the 4 pin connector controls the speed of the fan on the NT model.

Both will perform indentically when fan speed is the same.
