how do i know what panel it is .. ie A or S? becuase ive been looking on websites and they majority of the time they dont tell you.
the graphics card on my computer at the moment is so bad that when i watch a dvd you can see ripple effects on the screen, its a onboard graphics card just now. The system was orignally a Server.
You can't know before you buy. You'll just have to see which one you get and if you get the S version, then just return it. You're lucky to be living in a country where that is possible..
If all you do is watch DVD movies, then just buy the 8500GT or the 2600 Pro.
8800GTX dude, id go for the X2900XT with 1gb of mem cuz of the amount of textures that will have to be rendered on such a large display but its up to you. two of either card is overkill and stupid, if you have money left over throw it at an after market cooler or in the bank.
Sapphire Technology ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro 512MB PCIE Dual DVI TVO for £64.13 vac incl.( http://www.dabs.com/productview.aspx?quicklinx=4LH8 ) ( you said u watch movies right? well the HD2600pro is ideal for your application because it decodes far better then the 8000 cards from mean green)
All whithin budget!!!!
