More Information

Just needed some info on power draw and whether or not my current PS will be enough to handle my upgrades that I had in mind.
Check my current specs, but I was planning on upgrading to an x2 6000+ and adding 2GB of RAM, which I know will draw max 125W for the processor, but I didn't know if the increased wattage will max out my PS with the new RAM and CPU combo. If someone could tell me the draw on all my parts, that would be great. Thanks.

Current Specs:
CPU: 5400x2
MB: MSI Platinum MS9K NForce 570
2 DVD drives
SB Audigy 1 Platinum with Audigy Drive
8800 GTS 640MB
2 GB Corsair XMS 5-5-5-15
PS: ENERMAX Noisetaker EG495P-VE SFMA ATX 12V Ver2.0 485W
Here's a link for the specs at the Egg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817103457

Appreciate the help!

Oh, and before I have any of these replies, I'd really like to not hear anything about: waiting for the new 65nm chips, the Core2Duos, or anything like that, just please help with the info I need. Thanks!

This PSU calculator recommends a PSU with at least 24.5 amps on the 12volt rail and you have 32amps:

(pick X2 5000 and check "override voltage" then enter 125watts)
Your PSU should be fine. Enermax is a trusted brand.
