@266 MHZ 4-4-4-12 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 16-28-2-4-2 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR)
@200 MHZ 3-3-3-9 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 12-21-2-3-2 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR)

For DIMM3: Kingston 512mb DDR2-533 DDR2 SDRAM

@266 MHZ 4-4-4-12 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 16-28-2-4-2 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR)
@200 MHZ 3-3-3-9 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 12-21-2-3-2 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR)

These are my configuration of memories. I have looked those informations from Everest Ultimate Program....

With CPU-Z ;

it says; FSB:DRAM = 2:3 CAS LATENCY : 3.0 CLOCKS ---- RAS TO CAS delay : 3 RAS precharge: 3 cycle time(tras) : 9 clocks

My laptop is sony vaio vgn fs 315m. FSB 533MHZ. DDR2. dram:FSB = 6:4 It supports 533mhz and 400 mhz memories of ddr2 but I could'nt manage this. As seen in the ratio of dram : fsb.

So Could someone please help me with this issue ....

Thankssssss

So if I understood you correctly
With that ratio 6:4 (or 3:2) you're overclockin your memory 50%, ie you are running it at DDR2 800 speeds. Just run it whit 1:1 ratio for stock, or loosen up the timings to 5-5-5-15 (the rest on auto) or even looser if that doesn't work
