I'd wait for the July 22nd CPU price cuts and use the money saved from the CPU to get the GTS 640 or GTX.

As I understand it, if you want to play games at the higher resolutions with all the eye candy, the 640 handles it better, plus the odds are games will become more demanding for GPU memory, just seems logical to get the higher MB as the card will be viable a bit longer (no telling how long of course).

If the budget allows, thats what I would do. Just my $0.02. Again nice build

I agree, this is an excellent build plan and is one of the better ones that I have seen. Just some ideas, if you want to overclock, maybe you should look into DDR2 1066. However, if you pick the faster RAM you will need a different motherboard.
