I have an Windsor 2x 3800+ 35W now running @2,4G on Asus M2N-E with 2x1G DDR2 800+ A-data Extreme.
Asus Probe and Everest give me this values: Vcore=1.22 , CPUtemp=36C, MOBOtemp=39C .
I've downloaded CoreTemp but there is not active T-Junction section and from CPU's specs from www.amd and from everest I' not sure about anything, so I'm just guessing...
My problem is that i have no idea what maximum Vcore and temp is safe for this CPU
Please help with more info !

PS: after 2 minutes of System Stability Test in Everest i get a "Hardware failure detected" and temp of 50 C stressing all but HDD.

Still need suggestions cause in full load after 2 min it gets hot: 60 Celsius
I've raised the voltage in BIOS and got more stable but warmer CPU. This is how it looks in idle:
BIOS settings:
CPU FSB = 241
PCIE CLOCK = 100
DDR2 Voltage = 1.95
CPU Voltage = 1.125
CPU Multiplier = 10x
CPU Vcore Offset = 50mV Enabled
Memory Clock = DDR2667
HT Speed = 4x
HT Width = 16/16
Hardware monitor: Vcore = 1.22 , Cpu Temp = 45, MB Temp = 43
