I RECENTLY PURCHASED A LAP TOP FROM SOMEONE ON LINE. THEY DIDNT ERASE THEIR USER INFO AND I CANT LOG ON. I NEED TO DO A FACTORY RESET MANUALLY. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
