Volume?
Yes, I think drivers can effect volume, are you using speakers on moniter or laptop?
Make sure the volume setting in your tray is set high.
Whatever it's always good to have your drivers installed and update.
The 1 answer did help, but I thought there would be more than 1 answer.
My Windows Vista is a Toshiba model PSLB8U-040X02F. The laptop does not
have external speakers and the volume is at 100.
Also ensure that your volume levels are up in the volume meter as well. Sometimes the volume level in a given application, i.e. Windows Media Player or even a game are set lower than the system volume.
