I have the Nvidia control panel and Ntune sitting in startup which means that they are running all the time, i'm wondering if its ok to take Ntune out, i know that it's integrated into the control panel, thats why i ask this. Has anyone tried running withput it?

no, you dont need ntune running at all. this is what i do, it should help out your boot times and what not

type msconfig in a run command. go to services, check hide all MS Services, disable all (except NVIDIA disp driver), now go to startup and disable all

Cool, thanx for the info! :)

I don't have that many processes to begin with but some of them could be disabled.
