northbridge heatsink for ds3

I am getting ready to purchase a thermalright ultra 120 extreme for my ds3 and i wanted to get a NB cooler as well since I will be loosing the draft from the stock cooler. However I am worried about clearance issues. I have seen pictures from other people with the ds3 and the ultra 120 and there is not much clearance left. I was wondering if anyone here has that setup and can recommend a NB cooler that they know will fit.

Just get a 50 mm fan and use hot glue or double stick tape to it. Run it at low speed and that will be enough. It might not fit though. I have a tuniq tower and I can't fit a fan on it. I have a back fan, a front fan at the bottom, and a CPU fan, that's it. The northbridge on my DS3 doesn't receive much airflow, but it's still stable.

do you think it would be possible to turn the heatsink 90 degrees so that if i put a fan on the side it would blow towards the back instead of either up toward the processor or down to the graphics card?
