i plug a usb cable & a dapter for a chip 2gb to transfer some photo but doesn't work,why?

You're a bit impatient, people here are not paid for their time, you don't have the right to demand an instant answer.
On top of that you haven't provided any details what sort of adaptor and device that you are trying to use.

Sounds like you're trying to transfer files using a 2GB flash drive?

When you plug in the flash drive, do you hear the ding dong sound? Check in Computer, it should show up there. If you find it there, drag the photos from you file to the flash drive.
