Using modular leads from 1 PSU on another

i have a tagan easycon 430W, which i am upgrading to Corsair HX620,
the tagan PCI-E leads have emi protection but corsair dont.
is there any reason why i cant use my tagan PC-E leads on the Corsair?

Do the pinouts match, EXACTLY? Same type/size of connector is not the same thing.

The corsairs are fine, don't worry about EMI protection, no reason to even bother.
