Windows vista loading problems

Hello,

Just purchased an HP Presario laptop with Windows Vista already installed. After powering up the laptop and entering my password it gets hung up and doesn't load. All's I get is a blue screen. Visa will only load using the "Safe" mode with Network Capabilities. How can I get Visa to open properly?

sounds like a driver issue then...
i'd make sure that all your hardware as updated drivers (video, sound card ect.)
