About installing the ungenuine window xp

hi...anybody could help how to disappear this...a portion of my windows on lower part right everytime i opened it it says:you maybe a victim of software counterfeiting...i dont understand how to get this out of my pc,its always here and i cant put up some wallpapers on my pc windows coz its always been temporarily missing everytime i opened my computer...
