Re-installing drivers after format

Hello,

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. Anyway, I'm going to reformat my old computer. My only problem is it's homebuilt by someone and I don't have any driver disks that come with it. I am going to re-install windows 7 32-bit and was wondering what I need to do for the drivers.
I already backed up all my files.

Also I'm building a new computer and I have the same question, but I think this time I have the necessary Disks for it since I got all the parts from newegg.
