Looking for an extremely quiet, cool PC case

I'm looking to get a new case that is cool and quiet. I was looking into the Antec p180, but wanted to hear some other suggestions. I also have whatever enermax PSU that came with my current case and the default heatsink+fan on my athlon xp, and was thinking of upgrading these to quiet and cool versions as well. What is reccommended?
