Lose the cheap PSU, especially if you want a stable build.

CORSAIR CMPSU-520HX ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 520W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, CE, CB, FCC Class B, TUV, CCC,

Hi Emp - The Nexus 80 isn't that cheap - in fact it's more expensive than the Corsair.

Thanks

Well I've never in my life heard of Nexus PSUs, but I could be wrong. But such an unknown brand does not strike me confidence as far as reliability and stability comes to play.

I'm sorry to tell you, but it just doesn't inspire any confidence to me, you need to be REALLY picky on PSUs, especially on PSUs. I acknowledge that there are good brands that I don't particularly favor most likely because I have my own favorites (OCZ, Thermaltake, Enermax, Silverstone, etc...) but they are still well known. I usually only favor Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, and PC Power & Cooling for PSUs.

Ugh, going through all that hassle on the nexus is just asking to get screwed, even if they are FSP group PSUs, then just go straight to the source for an FSP PSU.

I still don't trust it however, never heard of them, won't mess with them either :)
