Oops, I meant to say "the web *site* states" up there. 
Also, I know about the car buggy cheat (naming a peep "James Hunt" ) but
the buggy is too fast to drive effectively. Can it be slowed down?
And I know that naming a peep "Jonny Watts" lets you see the park through
his eyes, but you can't actually "walk around" freely when doing so. 
The web site states that it can be done, so does anyone know how? Thanks.

I haven't found out either, although the cheat that says "D.Lean - Flying cam editor"
might have something to so with it. Haven't tried it yet.
BTW, has anybody managed to see the inside of the circus or the 3-d-cinema or a
toilet when using "Jonny Watts"? I also heard that you could see something when using
this, but all I see is a white part of the screen, and that's it.
