hello all, just a quick dumb question

shall i disable all spread spectrum in the bios, i know, or i think i know the reason for this is to unload charge to the chipset correct??? so setting all spread spectrum to disable will make the computer faster? or slower>?
if oc is not involve? ty!

Here's some good info on spread spectrum for FSB, basically it reduces Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) and can decrease stability when OC-ing by varying the clock slightly. It does not affect speed on a stock system but can limit your OC.
