1066mhz ram on a P5N32-E sli plus 680i

hello

i have a P5N32-E SLI PLUS mobo ive had alot of problems with my ram corsair twinx 2 x 1gig 667 pack 4-4-4-12.
i've got 4gig all up . my mobo is only rated up to 800mhz ram but i see people running this new 1066mhz ram in this bord. is it as simple as going into the bios & changing some settings, i was thinking of the unlinked mode tho's setting (people with this bord will know what in on about) changing it to 1066mhz.

Q: will the P5N32-E sli plus mobo run the new 1066mhz ram ?

if it will ill upgrade coz this corsair is giving me hell..
