My friend tried overclocking my computer unsuccesfully and ended up reseting the BIOS. this ended up deleting my raid configurations, but the hard drives are untouched. Is there a way i can rebiuld the RAID w/o reformating? Thanks for the help!

More info, start with what type of raid, size of hard drives and such.

Kill your friend!!

Im guessing it was RAID0, in which case you could try using BIOS to link em up again which might work, if not then no. RAID0 fails then its toast.
