Planning on doing this build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Storage: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master HAF X ATX Full Tower Case

Any PSU suggestions?

(Since were here, CPU Coolers too?)

Not overclocking, prefer modular.
I wonder if I really need the 16GB of Ram, I only FRAPS and Render once in a while.. (Full 1080p)

Was thinking XFX, Corsair, SeaSonic PSU's.

Solution

Ok drop the 16gb of ram to 8 gb and change the Sabertooth mobo...
SeaSonic M12II 650 SS-650AM 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Semi-modular Power Supply

If you want the best then this would be it , of course if you would have given a budget to work with would know if this was too expensive to suggest.
If your not going to use the ram all the time then you can make do with 8 gb but that would be up to you.
A good cpu cooler would be;

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+
$34.99 and a $5 rebate makes the final price $29.99.

The size of the power supply would also depend on whether or not you plan on another video card for SLI.

The Sabertooth is really an unnecessary expense.
Put the extra mone to a decent PSU a good 650w unit would be ample but id get an 850w for upgrading heres a couple of perfect ones..
1st choice

2nd choice more expensive not really any better..
