I have bought a Asus P5K Mobo and A E6420 just last Saturday and...Im having some thermal issues...I have updated the P5k bios to the Newest Bios on Asus Site...The problem is when Idle My CPU Temp is shown arround 46C and when
I Run Orthos...It goes instantly to 73C...its a scary temperature for a core2 from what I know...But when I touch the HSF its only slightly Warm...but the scariest thing is after 2Min run on Orthos PC just turn it self Off...maybe cause of the High temp that is reported...

CPU was overclocked when this happened
core = 2.66 GHz from Stock 2.13 GHz
Vcore = 1.248
FSB = 333
DRAM = 333
Multiplyer = 8
Cooler = Stock intel Retail box HSF

its not a high overclock to generate this much heat...please help cause i cant find the source of the problem

All the readings are taken from Asus AI suit
