Opening Ports for cs1.6 HELP!

Hi again. I have just recently upgraded to Rogers Internet and they gave me a free router with it. The router is called SMC8014W-G Broadband wireless router.

So, my problem is that when I am trying to place Counter-Strike 1.6 I only get about 30-40 servers on the games list with latency under 100. When before when I didnt have wireless internet I would get over 1000 servers under 100 latency. I had a bell wireless router before and I could play fine. but since i went to Rogers i get like 50 servers max under 100 ping.

Anyways just wondering how I would go about opening these ports to play and get alot of servers under 100 latency. My current internet speed is 7Mbps download speed and 512Kbps Upload speed. I have also added this screenshot of my internet speed from www.speedtest.net. I was looking on another forum and the ports that I need open'd to play cs1.6 are 27010 27012 27015 7002 5273. how do i open them!
