Dead PSU - Replace Fuse?

Hi folks,

I have an Ultra X-Connect 500w PSU that died the other day and I'm wondering if I should try and replace the fuse.

I can see it throught the rear fan, it is a plain white fuse with no markings.

I would like to ask two questions;

1) Am I likely to get a shock if I take the PSU apart and what precautions should I take?

2) What is the likely amperage of the fuse?

I tested the fuse without killing myself and it was fine so the problem lies further down the line in the PSU somewhere.

Oh well, time to make a purchase...
