Poor Performing Firestix

ive got a c2d e2140, oced to 2.4ghz, a x1950xt and 2gb of 800mhz buffalo firestix oced to 999mhz running fine no bsod on vista 32bit.

game performance this is nasty and i know its not my cpu or vid card cuz theres no way bf maximum would lag even on a gimped proc or that x1950. jus wondering if anyone know a solution, the lag is lik hiccuping not constant or at least theres breaks inbetween the lag time
