Okay, so I have a Radeon 1600XT from ATI

I've had it for almost 9 months. I bought it new.
But recently it keeps showing this message

"Your graphics card has stopped responding to the software driver, thus VPU Recover has reset the graphics card."

then the screen turns all fuzzy and the rainbowish, and i cant see sh*t.

then i restart my computer..2 minutes later.. same thing keeps happening.

i re-installed the graphics card..
i re-installed the driver..
everything, but it keeps showing me that. O_O

im so fraustrated with it, anyone have an idea whats going on?
