Need a little help.

I have a bit of a problem. I just built my new PC and everything works fine except for my front panel audio. It looks like the cord that runs from it has four slots while the actual mobo only has three pins. It's not too big of a deal because I can just plug my headphones into the back of my PC, but it'd be a lot easier to plug them into the front. Any suggestions?

  1. The pin outs are detailed in your motherboard manual.
  2. I usually will use the online manual for connecting the front of the case because it's usually easier to read and sometimes in color but there should definitely be 4 pins somewhere for this connection
  3. I figured it out. I was reading it wrong, that 4 pin cord was the speaker cord. I'm dumb sometimes, lol.
