Power Supplies for OC

Any suggestions on what power supplies are good without having to break the bank to get a good one??
I was looking at this 700 watt Thermaltake Toughpower for like $90 but im not sure if there is anything better than that for less money or about the same?

Any suggestions on how big of a power supply also? This will be for a 6600 CPU, 2 hard drives... maybe a 8800gts video card, just trying to get something built right now.
