A Word Document? You don't need Outlook to download attachments from Yahoo, you need Word, Word Viewer or OpenOffice.

Grumpy, I am embarrassed I am such an idiot on this computer that I share with my sister. She one day decided to System Restore and ever since then, I am having trouble. I can't seem to get back my free Norton AVG, on top of all this. You must hate dealing with this.

Here's an antivirus program, that's better than Norton or AVG.

Still having problems with the attachments, or is that solved?

I may have solved the attch problem. Thx! But now I am afraid to download avira due to Murphy's Law. Why do you think avira is better than AVG?

I've used both. I've been using Avira for ~9 months. I speak from experience, and most on this forum will agree. You can google comparisons of them.
