Hello,Matshita DVD-Ram UJ-851S ATA is showing a code 10. It is not recognized in My Computer. Will not run CDs. Ran Fix It and Deleted and reinstalled driver myself. It just stopped working

I fixed it by going into regedit and deleting the upper and lower filters and restarted my computer. This solved the problem. Found solution at the following location.
