overclocking e6550 vs e6750

im trying to decide between these two chips, i want to overclock to 4ghz on air, and i generally think that i would have a lot lower temps and voltage on the e6750, but is it worth the $50 price increase...

also anyone have any suggestions on a good OCing mobo, i am looking at the p5kc, but i hear the ds3r overclocks better

for some reason my idiot sensor is beeping at me. i think it went off when u said 4ghz on air. i'm not so sure thats the best idea. if you can do it without frying anything then go for it. but i'd try to keep load temps under 60 degrees C. good luck with that one. and i guess the ds3r overclocks pretty well.
