Backing up hard drive

what is a SIMPLE, easy to use yet RELIABLE backup software that can also clone the disk?......
but, its gotta be simple....!! am computer savvy to a point, but not w/this

been using OneCare, and just had to restore things over the weekend., but OneCare is being phased out.
