I have a philips / talk Talk ASDL wireliss router that is not configureing

model number SNA5630NS/05

it continusally cycles the lan LED's on one after the other and will not
keep a network connection

A full reboot (hold down reset and power on unit) only allows access to the the boot loader web page at 192.168.2.1

searched for manual / firmware upgrade but this is no longer supported by philips or Talk Talk

can anyone point me to a manual or firmware update.
