Hi all, I just bought a brand new AB9 Pro and Corsair XMS2 Dominator (CM2X1024-6400C4D, XMS2-6400) version XMS6404v2.1 from NewEgg. I was having intermittent problems booting the board out of the box (amongst C1 errors), so I decided to update the BIOS. Now the board hangs every time on code C1. I have two 1 GB sticks. I have tried just about every different combination of booting these without any luck. I have other Corsair memory (CM2X512A-6400, also XMS2-6400) that boots perfectly, and I have been using it to edit the BIOS. As per advice on this forum, I have already tried increasing the RAM voltage to 2.1 V, but to no luck. I'm hoping anyone can offer me some advice... I recently also bought an AB9 (not Pro) and the board is working spectacularly. I'd like to get this one to do the same.

Thanks!
Michael

Have you tried running those sticks of memory on another computer? Additionally, you might want to run memtest on them (on another computer, of course) just to see if something is faulty.
