OUTLOOK 2010 PROBLEM

Hello,
I CANNOT ADD PST FILE ON 2010 OUTLOOK ,ADD BUTTON CLICK THE ERROR ON DISPLAY "The specified device, file, or path cannot be accessed. It may have been deleted, it may be in use, you may be experiencing network problems, or you may not have sufficient permissions to access it"

Can u see the folder listed? Are u logged in as admin?

not running bitlocker, logged in admin, cannot see the folder list. just add button click that error displayed

Can u try it in the safe mode? Keep pressing F8 when BIOS starts and select with networking.
