Partition Merger Needed!

Ok this time I've fixed the unallocated space thing and now I need to merge the 20gig active partition and the 60gig primary partition. I refuse to pay and I've already browsed many free programs. If anybody is willing to help note I can only use disc bootable ISO's, I don't have an internal floppy and my BIOS can't boot from a USB floppy. Both of the partitions are NTFS and my OS is XP home.

Any ideas or suggestions would be very appreciated!

Search for Gnome's PARTition EDitor.
On their live CD Boot disk, this tool is included and you can edit NTFS partitions.
