High-pitched whine at shutdown

I just upgraded from two 7900GTs in SLI to one 8800GTX and since then, when I shut my computer down, it emits a high-pitched whine right when it powers off. It didn't used to do that. Should I be concerned that something is failing? It actually sounds sorta like a capacitor charging. You know, like when your flash charges on your camera? That's what it sounds like, except it only lasts for about a second.

8800GTX
e6600 @3ghz (completely stable)
2gb 6400 Dominator 4-4-4-12
Audigy ZS2
some hard drives and opticals
Corsair 620 psu

Cheers~

p.s.: wow these new forums are FUGLY...

NM I found it--apparently it's caused by the PSU shutting off power to the card before the card shuts down completely... Or something like that. The guys over on the EVGA forums say it's nothing to be concerned about. It's just wierd is all.
