If you're not doing so, buy one package with 2 1GB sticks of RAM rather than 2 separate packages. Should save a little and you'll be sure they match.

Also if your not going to OC it, why not get some DDR2-677 RAM instead of the DRR2-800, you won't the difference and will save a little money.

I don't know if Newegg can ship to Australia, but there are at least 40 2x1GB ram kits here for under what you're going to pay for two separate 1GB sticks. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010170147+10524 16064+1052308477&name=2GB+(2+x+1GB). The cheapest one looks like it's $93AUD w/out shipping. That saves you around $45... Then you have an extra $70 to upgrade something else, like perhaps the cpu. Or if you're going to OC, perhaps a heatsink.
