Power Supply error?

I built a computer for a friend and they say that now it is shutting down, especially when it gets hot outside and in the room its in. I originally thought it was the power supply, but the new power supply is shutting down to. It seems plenty cool to me. I have also run memory checks that have come up blank. Is there any other component that could be causing the PC to just start shutting down?

How about you give us the full specs of your system? Also you say it seems pretty cool to you. How about posting some temperatures? Ambient and CPU, GPU, case.
