I am looking to build a new gaming rig for myself by the end of the summer. My budget is roughly ~$2000. I don't really want to go over this. This budget is reserved exclusively for the tower (ie. no monitor, peripherals etc...)

This is what I have so far:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Dual Core Processor LGA775 Conroe 2.66GHZ 1333FSB 4MB Retail

Motherboard: ASUS P5N32-E SLI Nforce 680I SLI LGA775 Conroe ATX DDR2 2PCI-E16 PCI-E1 2PCI SATA2 RAID Motherboard

Ram/Memory: Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400 2GB 2X1GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL 5-5-5-18 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory:x2 for 4gb of ram

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB IDE ATA100 7200RPM 16MB Cache Hard Drive x2 in Raid 0 Setup

Video Card: EVGA GeForce 8800 GTX / 768MB GDDR3 / SLI Ready / PCI Express / Dual DVI / HDTV / Video Card

Power Supply: Antec Truepower Trio 650W Power Supply ATX12V V2.0 Active PFC SLI Certified 120MM Fan

O.S: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition 64BIT DVD OEM

Case: Antec P182 ATX Black Mid Tower Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 6X3.5INT No PS Front USB Audio Firewire

I want to get the most performance out of my system so any advice/tips are appreciated. And just in case anyone is wondering yes I do plan on getting a 2nd 8800 GTX and running my system in SLI. I just don't want to dish out all that cash at once...

Thanks

Hey looks good, but you might want to get a better PSU since the one you have wont support 2 8800 GTX cards, it only has 2 PCI-E cables.

I suggest getting a: SILVERSTONE ST75F 750W its around $160 and has 4 PCI-E connectors.
