Ok help me make up my mind!

Hi, ok I know this has been repeated over and over again. Ive been reading the forums alot lately preparing for my new build like many others. I just need the ok by you guys before i buy everything...first real complete build and i dont want to mess up Im pretty much set on a q6600 i was going back and forth between quad and dual but i think quad will help in the long run..I need help selecting a power supply, i need something that is reliable but not crazy expensive. Im pretty much at my limit for $$$$ figuring in shipping. I dont want to spend any more than $1250. If anyone can find better deals that would be appreicated.

Also i was wondering if that cooler will fit in that case ok? I didnt see anyone asking about that particular case yet. I really wanted to get a antec P182 but i cant seem to find them for less than 150. I was also considering the antec 900 but i want my case to be semi quiet. Im shooting for 3.0 ghz for the q6600 but ill be happy at 2.7 if it cant lol. Is the ram i selected ok for this? One last thing is there a decent board with both ddr2 and ddr3 on it that isnt too expensive..i wasnt considering this till i recently saw on anandtech that supertalent already has ddr3 1600. Upgrading next year would be nice not having to buy a new motherboard.
