Ok I went into the device manager and on of the primary (there were 2 of each) and secondary since I have 2 HDD's it was showing Ultra DMA 5 for both of them.

When I went to SCSI and Raid Controllers I selected Gigabyte GBB36X (my mobo is the DS3). When I go to details and it has device instance ID, it shows PCI\VEN_197B&DEV2363SUBSYS_B0001458&REV_02\4&A678335&0&00E3. When I put bus relations i get SCSI\\Cdrom&Ven_Lite-On&Prod_DVDRW_SHM-165H6s&Rev_HS06\5&3063afa 3&0&000.

When I installed all parts, I used the Gigabyte CD and when I first was loaded all drivers when I built my machine a few people said I didnt have to do anything becayse SATA doesnt use jumpers. The DS3 uses SATA II 3. The 2 HDD's I got were OEM also. I dont have a SATA DVDRW. I just wanted to make sure my HDD's are in SATA II mode and It doesnt look like it. Can anyone help me?
