I'm finding it very difficult to understand how to manipulate memory settings with this motherboard. All of the reviews I have read about this motherboard are directed to the expert crowd. Since I am a beginner and find this stuff a little overwhelming maybe someone could help me out.

I can set the memory frequency with the motherboard using the multiplier or changing the cpu speed but the timings (settings for CAS latency and others) seem to be totally inaccessible. And what about voltage, what are the limits I can use without damaging my memory. I am using Crucial Ballistix modules 4x1GB sticks.

(EDIT: the motherboard is the P35-DS3R not P35C...)
Any help would be much appreciated thanx!

Saw from another thread (because i plan on ordering this motherboard) that you have to press CTRL+F1 I think to access addition options which I believe include the timings
