Overclock help

I have 2 gb kingston
7600 gt
480 thermaltake psu
2x160 gb hdd's

i was thinking of over clocking my venice 3500+ socket 939

Its on a k9n neo4 mobo

Anyone know what a safe level is and how do i overclock to that level?

Also about my post above. Will my mobo support a bigger cpu iv read up on 2 different sites and they both say a little different things.

Also could you add what the 3500+ could be overclocked equivalant to? like a 3800+?
