Polygon test 3DMark Crash

This is a 9800 Pro running on an old L7S7A2 motherboard with an older Athlon XP 1700+ CPU. 3DMark2003 runs just fine, but 3DMark2001SE crashes... but only during the polygon part of the test. What exactly does that polygon test test? What is stressed during such a test?

Well, changing from the current Omega driver to the one before did the trick. Those Omage drivers work fine for my 1900XT and X800, but not on that one test on my 9800 Pro. Odd!
